Initial Contact
The initial contact can be initiated directly by the prospective seller or by someone on the seller’s behalf. The objective of this step is to gain a “high level” understanding of the opportunity in an anonymous manner.

A confidentiality agreement will be executed if the decision is made to proceed to step 2.
